{"id":374,"date":"2026-01-29T14:21:40","date_gmt":"2026-01-29T11:21:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/promosolution.by\/en\/?page_id=374"},"modified":"2026-01-29T14:21:41","modified_gmt":"2026-01-29T11:21:41","slug":"privacy-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/promosolution.by\/en\/privacy-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>APPROVED<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>by Order of the Director&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PromoSolution LLC<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>31.12.2025 No.251231-02<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STATEMENT<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>of policy on&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>personal data processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.&nbsp;PromoSolution LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) pays special attention to the protection of personal data during its processing within the Organization and respects the rights of personal data subjects.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The approval of this Statement of policy on personal data processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is one of the measures taken by the Organization, as stipulated by Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2021, No. 99Z \u201cOn the Protection of Personal Data\u201d (hereinafter referred to as the Law).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Policy explains to personal data subjects how and for what purposes their personal data is collected, used or otherwise processed, and also reflects the rights of personal data subjects in this regard and the mechanism for their exercise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Policy does not apply to the processing of personal data during employment and in the course of administrative procedures (in respect of current and former employees), as well as to website users (concerning cookies).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mailing address of the Organization: 39A Mogilevskaya str., office 210, Minsk, 220007;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Internet address: https:\/\/promosolution.by\/;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e-mail: info@promosolution.by. 2.&nbsp;The Organization processes personal data in the following cases:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Purposes of personal data processing<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Categories of personal data subjects whose data is processed<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>List of personal data processed<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Legal grounds for personal data processing<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Personal data retention period<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Consideration of appeals, including those entered into the customer comment book<\/td><td>1.&nbsp;Persons who submitted the appeal 2.&nbsp;Other persons whose personal data is indicated in the appeal<\/td><td>Surname, given name, patronymic or initials, address of residence (place of stay), subject matter of the appeal, other personal data indicated in the appeal<\/td><td>The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of duties (powers) stipulated by legislative acts&nbsp; (paragraph twenty of Article 6 and paragraph sixteen of Point 2 of Article 8 of the Law, Point 1 of Article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus \u201cOn Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities\u201d)<\/td><td>5 years from the date of the last appeal; 5 years after the completion of maintaining the customer comment book&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Conducting \u201cdirect telephone lines\u201d<\/td><td>1.&nbsp;Persons who contacted the \u201cdirect telephone line\u201d 2.&nbsp;Other persons whose personal data were disclosed during the \u201cdirect telephone line\u201d<\/td><td>Surname, given name, patronymic, address of residence and (or) place of work (study), contact telephone number (if necessary), substance of the issue, other personal data disclosed during the \u201cdirect telephone line\u201d<\/td><td>The processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of duties (powers) stipulated by legislative acts&nbsp; (paragraph twenty of Article 6 of the Law, paragraph two of Subpoint 1.1 of Point 1 of the Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated December 27, 2006, No. 2 \u201cOn De-bureaucratization of the State Apparatus and Improving the Quality of Life Support for the Population\u201d)<\/td><td>5 years&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Organization of providing information and consulting services<\/td><td>Persons authorized to sign the contract<br><\/td><td>Surname, given name, patronymic or initials of the person, personal signature, other personal data (if necessary)&nbsp;<\/td><td>1.&nbsp;In case of concluding a contract with a natural person \u2013 processing based on a contract with the personal data subject&nbsp; (paragraph fifteen of Article 6 of the Law) 2.&nbsp;In case of concluding a contract with a legal entity \u2013 processing of personal data that is necessary for the performance of duties (powers) stipulated by legislative acts&nbsp; (paragraph twenty of Article 6 of the Law, Article 49, Point 5 of Article 186 of the Civil Code)<\/td><td>3 years after the expiration of the contract term, or the conduct of a tax compliance audit by tax authorities. If a tax compliance audit was not conducted by tax authorities \u2013 10 years after the expiration of the contract term.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Conclusion and execution of civil law contracts not associated with the performance of the core functions assigned to the Organization (e.g., supply, purchase and sale, contracts for work, etc.)<\/td><td>Persons authorized to sign the contract<\/td><td>Surname, given name, patronymic or initials of the person,&nbsp; title of the person who signed the contract, other information in accordance with the terms of the contract (if necessary)<\/td><td>1.&nbsp;In case of concluding a contract with a natural person \u2013 processing based on a contract with the personal data subject&nbsp; (paragraph fifteen of Article 6 of the Law) 2.&nbsp;In case of concluding a contract with a legal entity \u2013 processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of duties (powers) stipulated by legislative acts&nbsp; (paragraph twenty of Article 6 of the Law, Article 49, Point 5 of Article 186 of the Civil Code)<\/td><td>3 years after the expiration of the contract term, or the conduct of a tax compliance audit by tax authorities. Personal data may also be used by the Organization for scientific or other research purposes after mandatory anonymization of such personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.&nbsp;The Organization processes only those personal data that are necessary for achieving the stated purposes and does not permit their excessive processing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.&nbsp;The Organization does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by legislative acts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out by the Organization for the purpose of ensuring communication with users of messengers (Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cross-border transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state may be carried out if an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects is ensured in the territory of that foreign state \u2013 without restrictions, provided there are legal grounds stipulated by the Law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The list of foreign states where an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects is ensured is determined by Order No. 14 of the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Belarus dated November 15, 2021, \u201cOn Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data\u201d.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.&nbsp;The personal data subject has the right:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1.&nbsp;to withdraw their consent, if the Organization requested the personal data subject&#8217;s consent for processing personal data. In this regard, the right to withdraw consent cannot be exercised when processing is carried out based on a contract (e.g., when implementing educational programs) or in accordance with legislative requirements (e.g., during control activities or processing a received appeal);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.2. to receive information regarding the processing of their personal data, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the location of the Organization;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>confirmation of the fact that the Organization processes the personal data of the requesting person;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>their personal data and the source of its acquisition;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the legal grounds and purposes of personal data processing;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the term for which their consent was given (if personal data processing is carried out based on consent);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>the name and location of the authorized person(s);<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>other information provided for by legislation;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.3. to require the Organization to make changes to their personal data if the personal data is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. For these purposes, the personal data subject shall attach relevant documents and (or) their copies certified in the prescribed manner, confirming the necessity of making changes to the personal data;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.4. to receive information from the Organization about the provision of their personal data processed by the Organization to third parties. Such right may be exercised once per calendar year, and the provision of relevant information is free of charge;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.5. to demand from the Organization the free cessation of processing their personal data, including its erasure, in the absence of grounds for personal data processing provided for by the Law and other legislative acts;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7.6. to appeal against actions (inaction) and decisions of the Organization that violate their rights during personal data processing, to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects in the manner established by legislation on appeals of citizens and legal entities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8.&nbsp;To exercise their rights related to the processing of personal data by the Organization, the personal data subject shall submit an application to the Organization in written form or as an electronic document (and in the case of exercising the right to withdraw consent \u2013 also in the form in which such consent was obtained) to the postal address or internet address, respectively, specified in the fifth part of Point 1 of this Policy.
